My truck rear end needed replacing. A job that normally would take 6 hours to fix. 3 days later still not fixed. I was also told that if I call an hour before motel check out they would arrange for me to be picked up but that was a lie. I set in the motel lobby 2 hours before I got a cab to bring me back, then after I set in the lodge at peterbuilt, the service manager calls me to ask if I was still there waiting on them, as if that's customer service.
I've been calling in to have air conditioner worked on. Surprisingly they have not answered phone in hour.
This damn place has nothing but lying damn assholes working here. Remember I told you so.
I haven't been able to get a hold of them.
The employees are very nice had the parts in stock that I needed

My truck's oil cooler went out and when I called them at 4:30, 1/2 before quitting time, they repeatedly assured me that they would have the tow truck drop my truck in the lot after hours, and start on mine first thing in the morn. The tow truck took us to a motel up the road, next morning at 9 called and asked on progress, oh, they didn't have it in yet, 4 o'clock, same story. the service manager was really trying to be 'ole buddy' type, as if we were friends. next morning, a day after I was told they would start on it, they finally got to it around mid morning. the next day, I finally took the truck before they were done flushing the radiator because the had run out of soap and were using plain water to get oil out of the coolant system. My boss said that he never paid so much to have an oil cooler and he was about 12 truck's with cat engines. I would pay extra to tow your truck somewhere else if you break down in this area.. we definitely won't go back here!
Still no determination when truck will be finished and we all know time is money. I think paying a little more to be towed to Jackson or anywhere else will save you more money, than waiting for this Peterbuilt deeler here to hold you and rob you.
