Came to pick up a trailer that a guy couldn't finish put and notice a trailer light was out . They got me fixed up pretty fast and back on the road.
We were traveling on US 20 when the windshield wiper literally just fell of the RV. The arm and everything. I called Empire truck sales and Scott was amazing. He found a wiper blade that worked (better than the original) and put it all back together again (in the rain) and we were on the road in no time. Everyone in the shop was fantastic and I can't thank them enough.
white haired gentleman service writer is very rude, whoever says friendly faces here hasn't spoken with him, treats customers like children,not impressed,am here now waiting on the young bucks to finish guessing what's wrong with the truck,wishing I hadn't came here for repairs, now too late,,came for engine fault codes,after repairs guess what, I now have more faults,go figure
