This place is great. They can fix your phone in under ten minutes and they will tell you if otterboxes are fake or not. Looks like a working progress. I think they also fix laptops now too.

DO NOT BRING YOUR PHONE HERE! They broke my $600 iphone 6. My vibrate button got jammed and I brought it in to see if they could fix it. The lady said it would be an easy 40 minute fix. 2 hours later they gave me my phone back. The button was fixed but very stiff and finicky. However, my touch ID no longer worked, my location services and GPS did not work and worst of all my phone battery was messed up. My phone would just die randomly with plenty of battery left and would not turn on unless it was plugged into a power source. It would do this multiple times a day, sometimes as many as 7 or 8 times! Although I never had any of these problems until the minute they handed me my phone back they claimed it wasn't their fault. After a lot of discussion they reluctantly refunded me the $60 service charge. Do not let these people work on your phone. Just go through whoever made your phone (i.e. Apple or whoever) and get it done right. I'd rank them negative stars if that were an option for all the wasted time and money it has taken me to replace my phone through Apple.
I called to ask how much they would charge to fix my iPad screen and the lady said I would have to bring it in and I told her it's just the screen and she said just bring it in. I tried to tell her what my phone carrier, Cspire, said that I needed done after letting the look at it and she hung up in my face! Then didn't answer when I called back. So unprofessional and I'm glad I went back and read the comments because it seems as if EVERYONE that deals with them has had problems! If anybody knows the woman name that's in there working today (June 27th) PLEASE let me know!
DO NOT USE THIS PLACE! They charged me $192 to replace my phone screen. And afterward my new screen wasn't working properly and now the screen is starting to come apart from my phone. But when you call with an issue they tell you they don't guarantee their work and they basically swindled you because somehow it's not THEIR fault if they take your money and can't even do what you paid them to do correctly.
