Ordered a package with 2 day shipping. Was supposed to be in on Friday(today) Had to have a signature so I stayed home all day waiting on the package because I'm going out of town tomorrow. At 5:40 pm I checked the tracking history and it said an attempt to deliver was made. I WAS HOME ALL DAY! Customer service did nothing.
The Item was not delivered on expected date. I was home all day waiting on it as it is a part that is needed to fix my truck. Item was marked Customer was not home which it totally bogus because I was here all day waiting and wasting my time. I'll never use or buy anything else that ships through FedEx.
This location for FedEx always have great service.
I'm broke down waiting for a part I paid priority overnight for Saturday morning delivery by 12noon it made it to Memphis before midnight Friday night and there it stayed costing our business thousands of dollars in lost revenue because of a hard to find part was not delivered on time you can't do business with a company that takes your money up front and then fails to deliver. Fedex should have never taken the package if they were not able to take care of this delivery. Your competitors will be given a chance to take of this next time.
My package has shown that it was on the FedEx vehicle for delivery for two days and hasn't shown up yet and I found out tonight that I'm not the only one having this problem.
