Small room but good for a quick over night stay

Horrible just horrible & dirty used douches under bathroom sink & dirty rags and towels in bathroom room. bugs in bed when you pull sheets back and it stank. Cockroaches crawling definitely uneasy feeling when people walk by and stare & lurking around the motel when you pull up. We was in the room for less 3 minutes went to owner and got refunded no questions asked apparently this has happened before. Owner is really nice & very kind, really has a wonderful rate 29.95 + plus tax is flat $ 30.00 buck's but, definitely need's to improve his housekeeping & watch who he rent's rooms too! So wished we could have stayed it was wonderful rate & great owner nice as he could be. housekeeping NEED'S IMPROVEMENT BIG TIME & Bed bugs & Lice bug's & cockroaches are definitely a BIG 100% NO NO!!! WE CHECK OUR ROOMS BEFORE WE TAKE ANY PERSONAL BELONGINGS IN THE ROOM'S ( any rooms we rent we check)
