We reserved a room three weeks ago for tonight with a late check-in. There are six of us. After driving 13 hours we arrive in our room to find no sheets for the pull out sofa. Once pulled out, you could see every spring and it was sunk in the middle. Looking in the bathroom there was zero, ZERO towels, 1 bath cloth and 2 hand towels and no bath mat. There was a dirty child sized footprint in the tub. A call to the front desk produced one extra blanket, 4 towels, 3 washcloths and another hand towel. FOR FOUR ADULTS and TWO KIDS!
If not for being exhausted and the late hour we would go elsewhere. As it is, I want someone to contact me. This is pathetic.
Friendly service, clean rooms, and the breakfast was quite good. My only complaint was the ant infestation in the swimming pool area. Otherwise, this would have been a five star rating.
Room service never cleaned our room. Had to constantly ask for clean linen. For the two nights and three days we never heard any vacuuming. Which might explain why there was dog hair on all of our socks. Bed bug in one of our rooms. Paint falling off sealing in the pool area. Smoke detector not on the sealing in one of our rooms. Elevator stinks. couches looked they was found in a alley by prostitute house. The one star was only cause i couldn't rate any lower.
Great for a night passing through. Good service, friendly staff, clean room.
Clean, Comfortable. When we pulled up & said our name he handed us the key. Easy!... Breakfast was great. Beds soft. Restroom clean. Indoor pool ❣ #recommend
