Okay, I've stayed at a Baymont before in August, Ga, and it was a wonderful experience. But this one.... I've never felt more gross. The sheets felt like they had been dried, not washed and they had a strange habit of clinging to my skin. They were also discolored.
NEVER staying here again and the Baymont name is damaged in my book.
When checking in, they had the wrong credit card number and almost charged our rooms to someone else. Then, after clearing that up and correcting our home address which they had also gotten wrong, they messed it all up again the next day and we had to correct them again.
I came here after a long ride from Florida through Mississippi and this is what I walk into(picture posted below). However they did correct the room. Just a heads up for future customers. Have them confirm that housekeeping has sanitized and clean the room before you enter the room. Happy travels.
There were people loitering all over. For HOURS there was a group of like 15-20 people having what appeared to be a cookout by the pool. It was like they lived there or something. People walking around and talking all night.
Nice hotel and friendly staff and the owner made it his business to come greet us during breakfast. Clean rooms and comfortable stay
it was wonderful trip for me bcoz very supportive staff, hot breakfast, specious room with good arrangement, parking in front of room door and out side swimming pool......Really it was wonderful trip with my family........
The staff was undertrained but nice by all means. The lights outside were off when we got there making the whole place really dark. The room looked nice when we entered, double bed. The bathroom door was slightly off the hinges but still closed. There was no toilet paper in the room so we had to go down and ask for some. The ac worked perfectly. The bed were a little hard but slept okay. The pool is only 5ft deep which is fine with us but some may have a problem with that. It was nice and clean though and didn't close until 10. For the price I would definitely stay here again.
A cockroach (yes, a COCKROACH) was walking on my ceiling over the bed, I had to kill it to even get the few hours of sleep I was able to grab.
My door latch looked like it had been broken off, and my door was warped and damaged.
