This is by far the worst walmart experience I've ever received. Called in to get new tires and was told they had the size in stock. After I arrived I waited 30 min to get someone to help me. Was told they didn't have them. Ghetto, slow, and lazy associates. Every single one of them at the tire lube express.
The services at this Walmart sucks altogether. Environment is ghetto, sorry, and lazy. No one there takes pride in their work. Half the things you pay for aren't serviced to your car. Needless to say, I will not be going back there.
We showed up at 9:30am this morning. They told us 30-45 min for an oil change, to me that seems to be a little long but it is what it is. We can back to the auto center at 1020 almost 1 hour later and they still have not worked on our car. I went and talked to the man working the counter and he had a horrible attitude and acted like I was being an inconvenience to him for asking how much longer my car is going to be... The service workers were just as rude. It is now 11:24 and my vehicle is finally getting taken care of. I will never come here again and if I could I would give them 0 stars, I will keep my business with the mom and pop oil change places in Meridian.
don't waste your time. The associates are too busy to help you, although they aren't actually doing anything.
Well I wouldn't really know it's friday at 3 in the afternoon I've called 3 times to get tires rotated and my oil changed but I can get no one to answer the phone there they transfer me there and then no one answers. So I finally came in personally and although there are no cars in the bay's, I was told it would be over 2 hours before I could get my oil changed do not go here people are not nice and I never write reviews
