Depending on the person in the pit, you will have either a good or bad experience. The last time I was there, they did not tighten my oil plug tight enough and my car leaked oil all over my carport. I had to drive an hour to another oil change place on a Sunday to get it fixed.

Cheaper and easier shop to work with. They don't over price things or suggest parts you don't need. The oil changes are a bit pricier but you don't even have to get out of your car, just drive up and 10 minutes later you're on the road again. Friendly and patient faces there, even if you ask dumb questions (I know I've asked a few...). Overall positive experience, recommended.
