I had a tire change and a front right wheel bearing replaced, but it took from 10am until 3pm to get it done with me waiting. They were very accommodating and discount my bill because I had to wait. I will go back and I recommend them to you for tires and other repairs.
Marcus always make sure my car is right and let me knows if he sees something that could be problem. Front desk is very friendly. It could be a long wait since they only have one location now. But they do a great job!
They worked on a part without making me wait and didn't charge me when I couldn't fix it. Very good service
The wait is way to long here. Took them a week to get the right parts for my car after lying to me saying they got them. Also, every time i get my car back from firestone something is wrong or something comes up missing. I call back trying to get the friendly service they give before they get money from you telling them about what all is going on and they are disrespectful and rude interrupting me while I'm explaining the problems I'm having. I was missing 3 lug nuts on one of my wheels and I let it slide I went and got some more. Come back again something else is missing and I can't let anything slide again especially with the attitude management gave me. For now on I'm fixing my car myself, and someone else will be getting my business if I pay for my car to be fixed again. Zero stars if you asked me.
