I had a flat tire on Saturday night near Meridian, MS. I was by myself at 8:00 at night and still an hour and a half from home. My Ford Hotline called Magnolia Auto Repair to change my flat. Two men came, changed my tire, and offered to stay with me until my husband and son got there to drive home with me since it was late at night. I had pulled into a truck stop that was well lit and felt safe. They would have stayed, but I insisted that I was fine. One of them gave me a hug and said "God bless you " before he left. These men were great! And they were working in the rain!!

I was on my way nack to Texas when my car broke down at 3am as I entered Mississippi. After getting towed to a hotel for the night, I called later that morning (new years day) and someone happen to answer the phone. They fixed my problem even though they weren't planning on working that day. I really appreciate them working with me so I could get home that same day. Thank you so much!
I reside in Mount Airy, NC .. My Fiancée was stranded on I20E near Meridian, Ms but at an unknown location.. I called Magnolia Auto Repair and Towing.. The owner Jason went above and beyond my expectations and searched over 100 miles of interstate 20 to locate her stranded vehicle! The time was around midnight and she was scared and very sleepy.. The owner Jason was very kind and professional in a time of crisis and took care of all that him and employees could do.. I had piece of mind that all would be ok and knew that she was in good hands with Magnolia Auto Repair and Towing.. They took very good care of this emergency situation and did it at a very reasonable price! I was stranded in the highway on my way to Texas when my insurance sent these guys to tow me. The tow guy (I'm sorry I forget his name) was very nice and helpful. He made sure I got to a hotel and even helped carry my bags in. Due to the weekend and labor day, they couldn't get to my car until Tuesday, but the owner, aware of my predicament, worked extremely fast ALL DAY getting me up and running and back in the road. Being a woman who doesn't know much about cars I was concerned about being taken advantage of. Fortunately my father is knowledgeable about these sorts of things and he assured me that the pricing was fair. Thanks for making a scary experience a little better guys.
