I went in for a rotate and balance and he told me I needed new tires that mine had been on my car since 2012 ( I haven't even had my tires a year.) He went against my word when I told him they were not even a year old. That's the year of my car. Then he wouldn't rotate cause he said they were too bad and according to the paper printout,they were still in the geeen area as far as tread. I will not go back. I live an hour away and that was a wasted trip. Oh and I had purchased the free rotate option when I bought the tires and he still wouldn't rotate them. NO MORE SEARS AUTO VISITS FOR ME AND I DON'T RECOMMEND THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I went there to get my axle changed out its a 30 min job and they refused it because they said it was to hard I think the really don't know what they are doing I don't recommend u go there and there expensive u can save if u shop else ware JOEL workes there 02/19/14
On 3/28/12 I had a FL wheel bearing replaced on my 97 Toyota Avalon. Cost was: $98 for the wheel bearing, and $161 for labor. I'm writing this review today because over the past week I noticed the same wheel bearing going out again. (a grinding sound that increases in amplitude as the speed of the car increases...especially noticeable while bearing a hard right). The bearing lasted less than a year?!?! SEARS warranty is only good for 6 months or 6000 miles, which ever comes first. In my opinion that is not appropriate. Bearings do NOT need replacement every year SEARS. No thanks. I'll find somewhere else.
