This was the best experience I have ever had at a Krystal. The manager was awesome, the service very fast and the food fresh and awesome. Great staff at this location.
When I got home, the order was wrong. I never got the two free items. They included them in the 5 for 5. I realize it's difficult to be a restaurant manager and don't normally leave bad feedback. Hope you get it smoothed out.
Horrible staff, slow, cold food... staff acts like you are bothering them when you come in.
Worst Krystal experience I've ever had. I could not believe how busy this place was. I've never seen one so packed and on a Sunday at that. Drive through line out in the street. Parking lot access it's terrible. Staff has no sense of urgency at all. Wait or leave, they didn't care. 20+ minutes to get a dozen. Unacceptable. And the bread was hard when I got my order. Sad.
4.19.17 the employees didn't know how to work the coupon so I tried again today 4.29.17. When I asked politely at the drive up speaker the manager came running out at me while I was still ordering. Then at the window they charged me for the items that were supposed to be free. The manager said oh I'll make it right . I'll make you happy, in a condescending manner. I was humiliated and just wanted to leave. Why humiliate someone to this degree twice?
There so good and fast when you don't feel like cooking.
District manager needs to come see about this disordered store with employees who do not know how to activate the coupon that's on a huge sign beside the menu.
