Wings were not done. Sent them back. 2nd time was better.
Menu has changed and no longer offer the small steak on the 2 for $20 list anymore. The stupid little game on the table is in the way and if your child picks it up to "Play on it"....Applebee's will charge you to play on it....almost feels like a scam just to get more money from you.
Service has been horrible here. It took us 20 mins to get a glass of water. Longer for our actual food too arrive. The place wasn't even packed.
While on a tight time schedule, 1 couple got the 12 minute deal (in 9 minutes) but the wife and I ordered 2 soup appetizers and a salad and it came 30 minutes later. Couple 1 was finished. Wow. Service time SUCKS for regular customers who don't order off the 12 minute menu, , however kudos to manager for taking 2 soups off the menu and discount. Because I was a guest for the meal, I hope the 2 for $9 was cut in half, as the quesodillas 8.99 by themselves. RECOMMEND asking the waitress if your goin g to get the meal 30 minutes later.
We had to send our food back. Everything was cold. We got out steaks back, and they were too tough to eat. Five different servers brought out our food at different times over the course of our meal. I am guessing that our initial server was new. The manager was nice and so were the servers. I just wasn't sure what was going on in the kitchen.
