Go to Applebee's Instead!
This was one of the best experiences I've had at a Chili's. We were traveling through and tired and hungry after a long day of driving. Two servers noticed that our server was a little behind and made sure we had our order in quickly. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The $10 3-course meal was excellent and way more food than you would expect or need!
Party of eight went to a late dinner on a Saturday night, around 8:30 pm. Business was brisk, but not that busy. A number of empty tables. Waitress took our drink & food orders, then disappeared. No refill on drinks, no refill on chips, NOTHING...Finally a server brought out one plate for one of our party members. No other food delivered for 30 minutes! Still no drink refills. Food finally comes & the orders are all wrong. Sever rolls her eyes & heads off to the kitchen. Still no drink refills or chip refills. In desperation I catch our waitress & she becomes argumentative, making excuses.." I have another table of 8 as well". At this point I tell her that the only table of 8 that I care about is the one that I am a part of. She storms off. Finally the manager shows up & he's an idiot. He should have comped the entire meal, but he just babbled & made excuses. One caveat: He did assign a competent sever to our table but by now it' s almost 10:00 pm & we have had enough. We left. What little food that we got was just average & the whole experience was a complete disaster.
Best restaurant I have eaten at in years, and everything was spectacular. The employees were very friendly and respectful.
Comfort food good service reflective of the chili's name. Fun for adults!!! Lot of people to mix and mingle
Have a meal anywhere but here. Let me assure you of one thing....you will not have a good dining experience at this Chiles!
If i could give this place 0 stars, i would. Me and my friends went here and sat for over 20 minutes. no one even attempted to take our drink orders. I eventually asked a waitress to take our order and she walked away and never came back. after another 10 minutes, we got up and left.. moral of the study. Mcdonald’s has better service. go there instead.
