If you want food made to order than this is the place to go. No matter what I order or when I come there is always a wait time of 7 min or more. That's why I only come when I am absolutely craving their chicken.
Employees did not use gloves when handling food.
Whoa! This place was lacking on food taste, quality, and customer service! No greeting, no smiles, no eye contact. Its not everyday I can say that but this KFC was below standard. Eesh, most of the chicken pieces at the buffet, didn't hold their fried batter. They were just naked chickens, with their fry falling off as you lifted them onto your plate lol. Additionally, soft skills training is in order at this establishment. It has potential but they don't execute properly.
