I can’t say enough good things about Jennifer and Nell. Jennifer was our salesperson and when we first emailed about needing a car and having no credit she responded within minutes inviting us to the dealership. We set a appointment and still wouldn’t get our hopes up because of all the places we contacted with our situation she was the only one responsed. When we got there she had two cars in mind for us and both were more than we hoped for. Then we went to Nell the “Finance Wizard” as I call her! Long story short we left in our new car and they helped us find affordable insurance too! With their help we came in a few dollars under budget! We will be back again to see these fine ladies!

My husband went to dealership about a F250 truck. He only wanted to deal with the sales manager. He is tired of being lied to by all the salesmen he has previously dealt with. Manager was suppose to meet him but she sent a salesman instead. He test drove the vehicle he was interested in so there was not happy n comes the numbers games. He told her what he would give her out the door. That was good until she started adding “doc” fees. He told her he didn’t pay doc fees so she then wanted to play the shell game by taking some of the discounts back and call them doc fees. I called and spoke with her and she tried to talk so fast you can’t keep up and she thinks you don’t understand she tried to screw you over. Done with that deal. Next day salesman texts my husband. Husband reply’s that it was a shame they let $350 stand between them selling a $43,500 vehicle but that’s ok and to not bother him anymore. Salesman starts texting back that they can’t sell vehicle that cheap and he has to work for a living and can’t work for free that he has four kids to provide for and goes off on a rant. My husband once again told him in not so nice terms to stop bothering him he had no intentions of buying the truck from a bunch of liars. Salesman still wasn’t happy and continued to harass and text him saying my husband needed to be on medication. How unprofessional this whole business is. When you don’t drink their koolaid they get mad and become belligerent and think they can say and talk to you in any manner they please. They whole bunch needs to be fired and I am forwarding all the text to corporate office. It’s not our problem that the salesman don’t know how to stop having children that he obviously can’t afford. And it’s not our place to listen to your bellyaching about it.
