We are so pleased with our fully loaded Impala LTZ. Our salesman was Tommie Curtis. He was a wonderful salesman. I absolutely love this car. We were riding by one day and I saw this beauty. I told my husband I had to have it. Black is the most beautiful color on any vehicle (in my opinion). We stopped and saw not only was the exterior black, but its interior was also black leather with peanut butter trim. Beautiful. The panoramic sunroof does not hurt either, :-) !!!!!!!!!!! We recently took a trip to Florida, and I did not really pay attention to the gas mileage going or during while we were there. When we were getting ready to leave the beach, we decided to eat and then fill up. We made it all the way back home on a little less than half a tank. AWESOME!!! I could not believe it. I previously had a black Dodge Charger and it was a very nice car as well. The Charger and Impala are both really nice cars, but there was no comparison, especially with the gas to mile ratio. Thank you guys so much. You have loyal customers for life.
I have purchased dozens of vehicles during the past 30 years across the US and this was by far the most pleasant car buying experience ever. The team at Nelson Hall including Robert, Bo, Elizabeth, and Megan all worked together seamlessly to ensure that the process was smooth especially since I was buying from out of state. In fact, I will likely buy all my future vehicles from Nelson Hall even though I live 5 hours away. Their customer service is outstanding and they focus on making the process completely hassle-free for the customer which is not always the case at other dealerships. Horrible service. Money down the drain with these people. Got car service their parts were malfunctioning. Went back they still did nothing right. Where do you get your mechanics from? One of the reasons I went here and not to some ordinary mechanic it's because you're the main dealer and I thought it would be best. But NO! You're the main dealer for Chevrolet. You shouldn't have this type of problems. And also, refill your damn coffee pot especially in the mornings!!!!!!!!!!! Horrible!

This place is terrible, the costumer service is horrible and this so called "dealership" is full of liers, thieves, and con men and con women. My experience with them was a complete waste of my time I was lured on the hopes of having my recalled vehicle serviced but was slapped in face with fees and more fees.

The financial agent Elizabeth Hall was not helpful at all. The vehicle that I purchased was used but it had on the sticker that it comes with full warranty like a new car. Ms Hall lied and said that the salesman put the wrong sticker on that car. She did that in order to sell me an extended warranty policy. Also she gave me the most highest interest rates from Bank of America. I told her that I wanted to use my credit union. She lied again and said this was the best rates. If you purchase a car here beware of Ms Hall. Mr Tommie Curtis was a great salesman.
