They mislead me thinking I need a new tire because they found a plug in right rear tire on side wall upon rim and it will cause an accident that my back bumper will fall off.

Were on a cross country drive with our newly purchased certified pre-owned Odyssey. A couple of lights came on and we pulled in. Carl (sp?) quickly took care of us and got us back on the road with clear instructions if the problem should persist. Great customer service and quick to treat our whole family with care. Can’t say enough good things!

Service dept. Went out of their way to get airbag recalls done and nice as possible. Points to salespersons, no less than four tried to sell me a new vehicle! Lol
