My life has been hell since I moved here before I moved in I requested a new updated apartment since I’m paying $709 a monthwhen I signed the lease I asked did they spray for bugs she said yes I requested them to come every time unfortunately I had to call due to the apartment infested with tree roaches after I’ve been here 2months already
Apartment staff is really nice but we've had a lot of issues. I think it's just the apartment we are in though. We've had the place sprayed for roaches 3 times and we still see them everywhere. I clean my apartment everyday. We have a hole in the cieling that leaks I've complained and it's been a month still not fixed. Don't get an apartment on the bottom floor.

The office staff went out of their way to make sure my family had a great unit. We moved from gulfport at the beginning of january. They were exceptional, all i had to do was fill out an online app. We have called maintenance twice and they were out here the same day both times. Great place to live.
