My mother and boyfriend are locked outside waiting for me. Those doors aren't supposed to be locked right now it's not even 9 yet. Not happy. It's a cold season and this is ridiculous. Not to mention the horrible service. The clerks have absolutely no respect for anyone.
The counter guy Bob an the security guy walking around this morning where both so nice n helpful an they both need rises they have been working here for 30+ yrs I believe they deserve something for there hard work n there effort to make this a pleasant stop for all of us I felt so safe will I was waiting today 11/29/16 thank u to both of them
Greyhound bus staff are the rudest, dumbest, most incompetent people on the planet but the staff at the meridian, ms station are borderline retarded. This is not a method of travel that is even vaguely safe or enjoyable. You'd be better off hitchhiking in 1882.
Customer service is so rude & not helpful at all. They don't explain anything to you & won't speak unless spoken to.
