I wouldn't go here if you're trying to get glasses. It almost seemed like when I wanted to buy frames the lady didn't want to assist me I asked if she took my insurance she said no. Her coworker said they did. So then she said fine but you can only pick the $19 frames. So then she walked away. I knew for a fact my insurance would cover my glasses. The woman came back and said my insurance expired in March. I then said no it didn't I just had a doctors appointment this morning and then said There was nothing she could do for me. I went to sams and had a much more pleasant experience and wonderful customer service. It's a shame because I really did like Walmart optometrist I will come back to that side I'll just never purchase my glasses from Walmart until they educate their employees to treat customers better. The icing on the cake was the woman kind of treated me like I was stupid she said well you mispronounce your insurance and my boyfriend and I exchanged looks and he even said I just think she did want to help you. Step up your game Walmart.
I got glasses here and they were great! Everyone was really nice and the doctor was really sweet!
