The little witches up front have no type of professionalism whatsoever, cant answer a phone right,and the whole place is beyond filthy!
Time management here needs a massive amount of work. I always get taken in long after my actual appointment time. My appointment today was at 1:45. I didn't get taken in until 2:05. Then I waited alone in an office until 2:40 to get a shot that literally only about 10 seconds.
I WOULD NOT recommend this clinic to anyone the wait time is horrible and on the ob side you'll only see Dr Acosta one time and they like to put you on unneeded medications so they can keep you in their clinic .....I'm surprised that their still able to operate ...very in professional and a BIG WASTE OF TIME
This place is a freaking joke, kids jumping, running, screaming and the so called parents just sit and watch !!! The front desk staff sucks to.
I didn't see a problem with the waiting time. May be because I make early appointments. Even without an appointment, when I go in early, I'm usually out by 9, 10 o'clock at the most. I have not seen where it was filthy either any time I have gone and when my son went last week for his shots, there was a well child room. I presume it was, we were the only ones in there!
