I FEEL SAFE WITH MY DR. MRS.CINDY PATRIC.SHE IS VERY INFORMATIVE ABOUT MY HEALTH CONCERNS.I FEEL THE FRONT DESK IS FINE,SO FAR. I NEVER HAD A PROBLEM OUT OF ANY OF THE LADIES UP FRONT. THEY ARE FRIENDLY TO ME.THAT'S MY OPINON.
This clinic is terrible. Will never go there again. I have been trying to get my prescriptions filled for over a week. The office staff could care less. Arrived at the office around 3 and receptionist told me to go to after hours clinic even though that stay open late and there was only one other person waiting. The after hours clinic told me they had been sending patients to them all day. Things were not this way when Dr. Ulmer was there. He actually cared about his patients and took care of them.
I only gave one star so that I could leave my comment. First this clinic has fallen off so bad.with the exception of a maybe 2 people in the entire clinic everyone else is rude. My daughter's pediatrician was Dr. Elliott and since he's been gone I can't get any kind of decent service. I can recall once when my child had a follow up visit with one of the new doctors, well we got there 15 minutes ahead of of scheduled appointment like the tell you to do and I'll say approximately 30 to 35 maybe even 40 minutes. Yes we got up and left because I was livid How about they call me with an attitude talking about why did you leave I said well if I had of been 15 minutes late you wouldn't have seen us. As if I didn't have anything else to do with my day but sit around with them. Then I took my daughter in for a check up and for them to renew her prescriptions they never called it in when I called about it I was put on hold and eventually hung up on.
Please register your entire front office for customer service training at MCC. They will learn how to notify people when they are placing them on hold and how to listen to the client when answering the phone. The HIPPA law doesn't apply to a patient trying to give information to help your office file a claim so that you can get paid. Clients do not have to give your facility their money.

It seems like the easiest way to make an appointment would be on the phone, but NO! The lady at who answers the phone puts me on hold for about 10 minutes and then hangs up. I'm going to have to make a drive up to the clinic and make the appointment there. Ridiculous. The only reception I get is outside in the heat and I stood out there for 10 minutes and then I got hung up on. BEYOND FURIOUS. Please update your staff. You have nothing but bad reviews about customer service.
