Never once had a problem. I brought in a Wii I had purchased about a year later plus all the games which I couldn't get much money for the return, but the staff was still friendly and honest and told me how much more I could get if I sold it myself on eBay or letgo. They helped me get a credit card (when my credit was awful from divorce) and it has really helped me continue to raise my credit score when nobody else would give it a chance! They have also sold me some great phones through the Cricket Wireless and switch over phone numbers to great services at reasonable prices (before Cricket opened their own store). If you ask what I have bad to say about this store, I draw a blank. I've been coming here for years and love it.

Usually the service is fine, but today nobody could do a simple return. I ended up waiting over an hour trying to return 2 video games, exchange 1 video game, and ended up walking out of the store with no games or receipts. I called GameStop customer service and am awaiting a phone call from them tomorrow when the system updates my returns and purchases because I have no idea what happened.
