I will never again go to the at&t store over there at the cross roads EVER AGAIN! Those people that work there DO NOT know what they are doing first off! I went in there to upgrade my phone well the FEMALE that helped me screwed up my phone bill to hell and back, CHARGED ME For accessories that were supposed to be free with my trade in because I got a $200 in store credit for trading in my old phone for a new one! Well she LIED ABOUT THAT! Went back to get it corrected SHE DOESN'T WORK THERE ANYMORE, so I had to talk to another person she didn't understand what THAT OTHER FEMALE DID! Took it to the manager he told me that the charges were gonna be taken off and keep the accessories for free! Well got my bill in the charges were still on there, SO HE LIED ALSO AND they changed my data plan to hide WITH OUT MY COSENT! I had to call the at&t back again to try to change my plan back to where it was suppose to be well I had no luck at all! Talk to a guy that could barely speak English didn't understand him at all he SCREWED MY PLAN UP EVEN MORE! NOW I'M STUCK PAYING FOR EVERYONE MISTAKES! I showed my tail off today and finally got someone to help me out (hopefully)! I'm telling u if i have to call them next month about MY BILL again we will be going to a different phone service! I'M HIGHLY UPSET ABOUT ALL OF THIS!
They need to work on there cell coverage and their customer service. Waited two hours and only moved one slot on their list. Have service with a competitor and well pleased!
I'm not sure if something is wrong with the phone at this location but nobody seems to answer.
I had a very excellent experience at AT&T my wait time was no longer than 5 minutes the young lady that waited on me was Laken she was very nice and very polite I would do business with her again I've read a lot of bad experience about this store on reviews but I ran into none if all the employees were like her the store would probably move a lot faste thank you so much for an excellent experience with AT&T
I walked in with my fiancé. I am a woman, he is a man. We were there for me to buy a new phone on my independent account. The manager walked up to get our name and put us on the list - he NEVER even LOOKED at me. He obviously assumed that I was completely unimportant and of no worth to his bottom line. It was horrific sexist service. I cannot believe people still get away with this type of behavior. I am appalled. #AT&T allows incredibly sexist behavior to be perpetrated by their employees.
