When I had to put down my Shadow I was scared. I had never done anything like that before. Dr Adams came in and talked with me about the procedure and about what could happen. When Dr Adams and Rebecca came in for the procedure I was sitting on the floor holding my Shadow. They both knelt down next to me. Before he began the procedure he prayed aloud thanking God for Shadows time with me. It was wonderful. Then he began the procedure. It did not take long. They told me to take my time. I never felt rushed to leave. I felt like I held Shadow for 30 mins before calling for Rebecca. She came in took Shadow to the back gave him a bath and wrapped him up so that I could take him home to bury him. Thank yall so much for the card of condolences. It was very heart felt. Thank yall for everything that yall have and will do for my family.
Very friendly. Very knowledgeable, compassionate vets and techs. They saved one of my dog's life from a snake bite. When my dad's 20 yr old dog was in a lot of pain from a slipped disc, they were helpful with our options for her pain management, then when it was bad enough to put her down, they had such compassion about the situation. Having your pet put down is not fun by any means, but caring makes the world of difference to be easier on the heart. Wonderful people here.
I was lost with the passing of my best friend but I didn't feel that I was alone in my sorrow. Rebecca and Dr. Adams were also visible shaken. I can't thank them enough but Thank you all for treating my dog (family member ) as if he was one of yours!

I'm very pleased with this clinic! Rebecca is amazing!!!!! She treats our Sheltie as if he was hers. It's hard leaving him going out of town but knowing he is safe and well taken care of gives you comfort. You can't get that many places. Our Sheltie,Beau isn't just our pet he's our family!!!!
