Stopped and asked cashier what isle is soy sauce located, was told I don't know somewhere that way.
Yes I received my four dollars and change back but what about every other customer that was buying this cereal? Terrible customer service.
Please ensure you check your receipt thoroughly. Prices are far from accurate. Large display right at the front door with 5 different types of cereal. Boss had a free spoon included. Bought two boxes from the display that was clearly marked buy one get one free. When I got to the car I realized feral had rang up at full price and even though I used my planti card, I do not receive discount for the free box.
Clean store with lots of variety! Worth the extra cost of groceries... If you sign up for the winner Doxie card it evens out...update ....watched an employee walk straight out of the bathroom without washing his hands and go straight to bagging groceries... Too bad because I really liked this store.. probably an isolated incident but still disgusting.
This grocery store has changed since its renovation last year. This is my first time shopping there and it looks well-organized, although the prices on grocery haven't changed.
Did ask for manager. He was not in. Was told manager right under store manager was in however I did not speak to her. Called the store next day and manager was in.
I have to get the feral and return back into the store. Tall splendor guy at service desk processed my refund. When I told him the cereal had not rang up properly he responded that it is bogo when buying two of the same type. I told him this was not true. Display said bogo. Not buy one and get one identical type free. Never once apologized. Never once said he would get corrected. Instead be responded I will take care of it for you and will ring up same box twice so you receive your discount.
This store is always well stocked and staff members are typically willing to help you find anything you need. The store is always clean and the produce and groceries are fresh and within date. Very rarely do we have any issues here. We love shopping at Winn Dixie!
