New manager in store and it feels like good things are going on here. I really hope the ladies working here can turn it around. This used to be one of my favorite places to shop!!! Will be going back soon to buy some chucks!
Was placed on hold and was forgotten about. Heard conversations no one ever came back to assist. Poor customer service. No follow up by assiciates.
