Took almost 2 weeks to get a King Sized Sherpa comforter washed and dried and it cost $51!!!
I took 5 pairs of pants to be cleaned in on Tues. before noon. I was told they wouldn't be ready until Mon. because of the July 4 holiday. I said thank you that won't work because I'm an RV'er and am leaving the area Sun. She went to the back and said they would have them Fri. morning but they were closing at noon. I said ok then. Thurs. afternoon I get a text saying the cleaning was ready. When I arrived to pick them up there only 4 pair instead of the 5 I had left and the girl said they would be ready the next morning and they were closing at noon. So I left the others so I could pay for all at one time. I show up today being Fri. at 10:50 am to find them closed and no one answering the phone forcing me to have to stay an extra day and miss starting a job on Mon so I can get my pants. I was lied to and the customer service is non existent.
My experience is that the service takes longer than some of the cleaners located downtown. Prices are a little steep compared to what I paid before moving from Jackson, MS to Meridian, MS. Quality of the work and convenience of the location are both very good.
Best dry cleaners in Meridian! Great alterations. My husband is military I always take his uniforms here way better and faster than base.
