Terminix is my choice for pest control because I have been using this Company for years and I don't have bugs! That is why I continue to use them. They do a great job to keep my home free of all kinds of pests. My representative Kevin is always on time and so polite and is thorough as he checks every corner of my home.
I trust the personnel from Terminix who service my property. They and knowledgeable concerning pest control techniques and concerned about our pets and family. Jacob Norris notices discrepancies at my residence and recommends corrective action to me. Follow up calls are made by Terminix politely asking if I would like someone to come out and evaluate the discrepancies. I have a feeling that Terminix is concerned about my residence more than just the money they can make from me.
I am an extremely happy customer. If the problem was not solved at first, associates came as many times as necessary to get the job done, at no extra charge. Since then, we have had no critters! I have always been treated kindly and respectfully.
