Usually come here as a last resort. The workers have no sense of urgency to seat a new client. Expect to wait at least 30 minutes before being seated. 3 stars because the haircuts are usually decent, but expensive.
Excellent service, friendly staff, definitely not a beauty parlor. A very good haircut with all the extras.
I don't want to even give this location a 1 star rating, but I have to in order to post my review....horrible service, wait time, and cut! The last 3 times I have gone, this has been my experience. The worst of it all is the that the Manager is the main one that sets this disappointment. The last 2 times I was able to get my cut from her. I was hoping for a better experience with her since she's the Manager, but I quickly learned that she may be the whole reason why this location isn't good. She sets the precedent for the whole crew. Just 3 days ago I went in and walked right out because I see that she's still there. Three horrible experiences equals 3 strikes for this location, I'm done! The only thing that keeps this place busy is that there aren't many decent barber shops in Meridian.
I was vary dissatisfied with my vist to this place. I came in and noticed 4 barbers but then each one went to the back room and came out one at a time to take the next customer which took more time for me to get a cut. I was also dissatisfied with the price of the haircut. I paid for the expensive haircut however I did not get all the perks which came with it. I wanted to tell the lady that was cutting my hair but I didn't because she seemed in a hurry to get off work. She sighed a couple times while she was cutting my hair. I did not like how the haircut came out. I would not recommend this place.
The VIP is my little day of relaxation. The stylists are extremely professional and make you feel like king for the day, The fact that the company is partnered with the VFW makes it even better. Thank you so much for all you do for our veterans.
