I hired Mr Kelly to move some dirt for at an estimated cost of $450.00 I left him a $200.00 deposit. The place where the is dirt is is about 6 city blocks, unfortunately the person with the dirt didn't have a machine big enough to load it into mr Kelly's truck. So when I went to get my deposit back mr Kelly only refunded me $100.00 citing that I had wasted his whole day. The worst business practice I've ever had to deal with and a plain crock I paid $100.00 for 15mins work and less than a mile of driving. You sir are a crock!
This review is to request that your trucks be mindful of others on the road. I was driving behind one of your trucks today on Hwy 45 and was hit by several rocks about a quater in size. It would be great if there were a cover on the trucks to prevent loose gravel from flying out and chipping the windshield of cars on the road behind them. I also noticed a significant amount of rocks just laying on the bumper, about four feet high, from which several rocks hit my windshield leaving several chips... A quick brush off could have easily prevented this.
