I bought a couch from them that needed repaired. It was not their fault... It was the company it came from. They fixed it for free, and even delivered it back to my home. I cannot brag on them enough! Woodstock is amazing!

I bought a bed and couch from the Value Center and am in love with both purchases! I worked with Jesse and she was awesome to work with. The delivery guys were so polite and helpful as well.
I came in to look for a sectional. Walked around for a solid 6 to 7 minutes(I kept count because I've had this issue with Woodstock VC before) and no one said anything.. There were four people up front at the desk and three of which were talking amongst themselves about someone breaking up with someone(and they definitely knew I was there because I stopped to look at a sectional right in front of the counter).. I then went to the couch that caught my attention from the start and examined it to see if it was really what I wanted... 4 more minutes pass and still not even a Hello.. As I was sitting there making up excuses for the poor service two older ladies and a child came in and were greeted immediately and asked if they needed assistance.. This same thing happened a couple of years ago and I ended up getting my bedroom suit from Ashley's furniture who was much more helpful.. I do look young.. so maybe they assumed I was just there to waste time.. but that is not how customer service works... Do not assume anything .. you will miss many opportunities that way..
Great place to purchase furniture. My husband and I recently purchased a new love seat and sofa from this location. The staff was wonderful. They were very friendly and professional. Even when they were busy we were always greeted with a smiling face and told they would be with us shortly! I worked with Jesse and she was absolutely amazing! Very friendly and sweet! She even followed up with me to make sure that the delivery of my furniture was set up and made sure that everything was perfect once it arrived! Will purchase furniture from this business in the future!
