The driver's times normally last until 7 pm and I received a call letting me know my package was still on its way. Even though it's 10:08, I give them 4 stars for putting in the extra effort to make sure I got my package. Thanks again guys!
I've always had EXCELLENT service here. I have had to use them when I purchased a gun for my step-son as a Christmas present. They accepted delivery and did all of the paperwork that was required. They are very personable. I have had to use them for other occasions, as well, and I ALWAYS get great service!
I've been trying to setup a mailbox to get a physical address for a business on several occasions. Today I finally caught up with someone who knows how to setup one or at least they thought. He had to call his manager 2-3 times to verify and/or ask questions. I didn't receive any paperwork or receipt. What's the physcial address I need to use for business purposes? I'll Google it bc I refuse to go back or call.
This place has the worst customer service. They treat everyone like they're doing them a favor, not as a wanted customer who pays for the service. The owner/mgr. needs customer service training.
