I found out later that week that the medication they prescribed me actually had something I was allergic to, which I had told them about when we started.
Everyone was very professional, doctor was a little stiff, but after the initial visit I never saw him again. I dealt with the nurse practitioner. She went through the gamut of options, none of them helped. Out of about 5 attempts all but one actually made me significantly worse. They would not give me anything for breakthrough pain. I was actually hurting so bad my legs buckled and I fell in the kitchen. I had to take one of my old prescriptions just to be able to get back to the office to have my medicine changed. They dropped me as a patient over it after ignoring my complaints and requests.
Physicians and staff value each and every pt. A small medical office with a big heart dedicated to making each person's quality of life better through pain management!
Dr. Eric Pearson and Shannon Mott are incredible. They have helped me so much in managing my pain and not just with medication. I have had many procedures on my neck and back - I have had steroid injections and radio-frequency treatments. It has helped me tremendously. I work on computers all day as an IT professional and it can wear you down when you have chronic pain and other diagnoses. Thank you to everyone at Total Pain Care!
They are total pain care. They treat your pain not fix it. I am very disappointed in the care I really received from here. They are also the reason why my disability was cut off by MetLife, never did put on my records that I can not walk with out a cane or walker. I was met with disbelief. After a major fall you'd think xray's or MRI's but no. That was in may. Took them til November to get me in to see a neurologist. It pure sad.
