I ordered a patio table and 4 chairs on 5/30/17. I was told it would be in on 6/15/17 at the Meridian, MS Sears store. I opted to pick it up at the store rather than having it delivered because I was told delivery would cost $146 more. I have called 4 times since the June 15th. I was told today that the order had been cancelled
Bought a ge washer and dryer set last year. Washer quit working within first 5 months. Had to be without it for almost two months during the holidays. They replaced the main board and the repairman broke the agitator because I was watching him when it happened. They ordered a new agitator. The new board also had a problem so they ordered another board. Now my warranty is out and it doesn't spin the water out so sometimes my clothes are still wet. Terrible customer service.
