I get seated to have my teeth cleaned and only after I’m already in the chair do I find out that dr westover is once again not in and won’t be seeing me. That he will review my x-rays and call me if anything is wrong.
I wonder if my bill will say he actually saw me. Seems sort of frauldulant if you ask me. Since I pay to actually see a dentist not his tech. ( whom I must add was very pleasant btw. Not her fault at all)
However, six months later I was called and told we needed to reschedule as they booked my appointment for September 4th which was a holiday. I was fine with this and rescheduled for the following week. The day before my appointment I received a call saying that dr westover had an emergency in Jackson and needed to reschedule. Or that I could still keep my appt and I just wouldn’t see him that a tech was the only one I would see. I didn’t not like that idea so I rescheduled for the end of the month so that I WOULD see my dentist. The day of my appointment I receive a call in the morning confirming and then was asked if I could come in two hours earlier since my appointment was probably the last one of the day. I’m assuming staff wanted to go home early. So for the third time my appt was changed.
I was very disappointed by my visit. This was the second time I have gone to dr west overs Office for routing cleaning. My first visit if I remember correctly, went okay.
NEVER AGAIN!
I will never use him again. It seems he has toooo many offices and can’t manage to keep up with them accordingly.
