I made a reservation online the previous day. I had to go out of town (Jackson) for my daughter's band recital @ 3. Enterprise told me there was NOTHING available. They took my info and said it would be about an hour. Left, came back about an hour later but they still had nothing. I went to Anytime Auto rental and got a car that I was very disappointed in. Around 1:45, after already making it to Jackson, I received a call saying they would not have any cars available at all that day. Not sure why they even have reservations.
I had a wonderful experience at this location. My rental associate was Billie and she was very helpful. She even followed me to the gas station and filled the tank with gas before my departure. She was very through and knowledgeable about the car. Upon my return four days later, she remembered who I was and asked how my trip was. She was very pleasant to deal with. I would definitely recommend this location.
Very busy. Staff very frendly & tries hard to make it right. Car not ready when arrived, but they explained it vice giving excuses. Book early to get what you need. Saw last min. Arrivals but no vech aval. But the staff did the best they could to help.
